Yes, if you're not satisfied with a DVD or book purchase, return it for an exchange or refund, excluding shipping and handling, within 30 days of purchase. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping back to us. Call 800-543-2119 for your RMA #. 

Some exceptions apply.   International orders, All orders are final and non-returnable.

Items must be returned in original packaging with shipping prepaid. Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip to ensure proper credit.
